Survey and certification of structures (objects) is executed as a self-maintained kind of
operations for the purpose of definitions and documentation in stated term of their condition
(fitness or unworthiness to exploitation), and also adoptions of the reasonable measures on
provision of reliability and safety of further utilization of objects.

- A registration certificate is the technical document of proprietor of the
object, in which
there is a periodically specified conclusion about the
fitness of object to further exploitation
made on the basis of objective
information, got in the process of implementation of instrumental
inspections.
The registration certificate is drawn up by the proprietor of object at
acceptance of object in exploitation.
The first record about the technical
state of object is added to the registration certificate on the basis of the
statement of state expert commission about acceptance in exploitation of the
object finished by construction.
